Earliest date you require the au pair to start. You may have a crossover period that an au pair can start ie. If you dont mind an Aupair starting any time in January or February, you can select the earliest as January and the Latest starting date as February. If you only want the au pair to start in January, select the Earliest and the Latest date as January.
