To make multiple selections, hold down your CTRL key (Apple key for Mac users) while clicking with your mouse on each option you wish to select. You must hold down the CTRL key each time you click another selection, otherwise all selections will be removed. On a PC, the CTRL key is normally located below each shift key, on the bottom row. On a Mac computer, the Apple key is located on either side of the spacebar.
