To work as an au pair in Switzerland, you need to meet the following requirements:
Be a national of the EU and EFTA states, with the exception of French nationals for the French parts of Switzerland, German and Austrian nationals for the German parts of Switzerland and Italian nationals for the Italian parts of Switzerland.

17 to 30 years of age.
unmarried.
stay for a minimum of 12 months, and maximum of 18 months.
