Since I created my profile here I've also been receiving emails that seem to be a fraud. Just like other girls have posted before, these offers are too good to be true. These people claim to be well educated and rich families, usually British, but they don't write as English native speakers. I've sent an email about that to the eAupair administration and I haven't heard from them. Apparently, there's nothing this website is doing to protect aupairs and honest families. Other websites seem to have a more restrict policies and perform background checks. I'd really like to know how these people had access to my email address. If they have a profile here, I'd hope eAupair administrators would cancel it. If they are not members, the website should be taking extra measures to protect our personal information.
