I have had most of my aupairs through word of mouth or internet and would never use an agency again. The risks are the same and you get charged for the privilege. I once used an agency who sent me a girl who was unsuitable so they replaced her with another one, she was also unsuitable so again they sent a replacement, this girl also turned out to be a mis-match. It wasn't that we were being picky either, it was mainly the girls decisions and the agency had passed them round from one family to another. I lost my money and ended up without an aupair. So take a "free" chance and I'm sure you will be delighted. Regards Sandy Mitchell.
